The police report for this accident will probably not be ready for at least a couple of weeks.  In the meantime much can be done to protect the evidence of negligence.  Please let us get started by securing and inspecting each vehicle before they are repaired or destroyed.  The event data recorders with each air bag module also needs to be downloaded.  This should provide a wealth of information such as vehicle speeds for each second going back five seconds before the impact, whether brakes and seat belts were in use, etc.  Our law firm is located just  40 minutes from this accident scene and we are willing to represent the victim on a contingency basis.  Please give me a call.  Attorney John Rozier 559-713-0159.  http://www.nelsonrozier.com/

Uziel Hernandez killed in Bakersfield accident

March 20, 2010--Last Saturday's fatal accident at the intersection of Ashe Road and District Boulevard in
Bakersfield took the life of 19 year old Uziel Hernandez.  He was taken to Kern Medical Center where he died.  His car collided with a tractor trailer rig.

Accidents like this one often appear, at first glance, to be the fault of the deceased.  One reason for this is that only the truck driver has survived to tell his version of events.  A full privately funded investigation would include downloading the event data recorders from each vehicle air bag system, analyzing skid marks and vehicle damage, to determine both speeds, use of brakes, etc.  Most accidents have plenty of blame to go around.  Our law firm recently filed suit against a Bakersfield trucking company on a very similar wrongful death claim.  It is very important, however, that we begin our work before the vehicles are repaired or destroyed.  We will advance all expenses and take your case on a contingency fee basis.  Please call right away.

One killed in Highway 99 crash on Sunday

February 28, 2010--Yesterday's crash at the Cartmill exit from Highway 99 in Tulare killed one and injured two others.  The wrongful death victim was from Porterville and has not yet been identified by the newspaper.  All three were occupants of a 2009 Toyota Tacoma pick-up.  The two injured parties were identified as Brianna Gonzales and Amanda Perez.

Our law firm is located just 10 miles from the scene of this accident.  Issues to be investigated include the speed of the vehicle as measured by the event data recorder or air bag black box, the frequency of accidents at this location, whether the highway design follows the manual, the availability on liability insurance and underinsured motorist coverage.  Further the driver was underaged for drinking which brings up lots of other issues if alcohol was a factor.  Please give us a call.  Attorney John Rozier  559-713-0159.  http://www.nelsonrozier.com/
