October 31, 2009--Trial is scheduled to begin on November 9, 2009 in the Tulare County Superior Court, located in Visalia, California in the case of Rogers v. Storms and Slover. The subject accident involved a white Chevy Silverado which had turned south off of Highway 198 east of Visalia onto Farmersville blvd. near the town of Farmersville in Tulare County. Attempting to make a left turn onto Dillon, the driver was rearended and pushed into the opposing traffic.
