April 26, 2010--Yesterday's fatal crash near Dinuba in Tulare County killed one and seriously injured another. The rig trailer fell on top of the 2 victims. The crash occurred at Avenue 430 and Road 72.
Before the vehicles are repaired or destroyed, the event data recorders in the air bag modules can be downloaded to determine pre-impact speeds.
