August 24, 2010--Yesterday's motorcycle crash west of Tulare sent Henry Carrasco, age 35 of Tulare to the hospital with serious leg injuries. The location of the accident was on West street just north of Gail. A Ford Explorer driven by Phyllis Valenzuela reportedly turned left into his path.
Before the vehicles are repaired it would be important to determine ifthe black box data on the Explorer may have preserved the speed of that vehicle.
