May 26, 2010--Yesterday's crash between a hay baler and a Honda took 2 lives. The 2 men killed were in the back seat. The driver was also injured and flown to Community Regional Medical Center in Fresno with major injuries. The driver of the baler was uninjured. The crash occurred at the intersection of Avenue 232 and Road 36.
Issues to investigate include the speed of each vehicle, the use of proper flags, escorts, and reflectors, the intersection layout and potential defects, etc. Please call if you would like us to examine all of these issues.
