May 10 Modesto accident on Orangeburg Avenue injures 12-year-old boy

On May 10 a 12-year-old boy was seriously injured in an accident on West Orangeburg Avenue in Modesto. reportedly a pickup truck hit a BMW on the passenger side trapping the boy in the vehicle. The driver of the BMW and another passenger walked away with minor injuries. The driver of the pickup was not injured. The pickup had gone three feet into the BMW, trapping the boy, and requiring emergency crews to remove the roof and dashboard of the car to free him.
