February 20 Highway 59 rollover accident
On February 20 Gabino Ruiz was injured in a rollover accident on Highway 59 near Cooper Avenue. Reportedly Ruiz hit a cement abutment of a bridge and then flipped his car. No one else was injured as a result of the accident. It is being investigated as to whether Ruiz was under the influence at the time of the accident. http://www.nelsonrozier.com/
