August 28 Kern County boating accident kills one

On August 28 Salvador Rodriguez was killed in a boating accident at the Buena Vista Aquatic Recreational Area in Kern County. Rodriguez was driving his boat on Lake Webb when it was hit by another boat driven by Justin Mark Ennis. Ennis was arrested for boating under the influence and manslaughter.
