September 5 wrongful death accident in Merced County

On September 5 two people were killed and another seriously injured in an accident on Oakdale Road near Highway 59 in Merced County. According to reports all three of the victims were in a pickup truck that rolled over several times. None of the victims was wearing a seat belt and all three were ejected from the vehicle. The male driver and a female passenger suffered fatal injuries. A second female passenger was air lifted to Doctors Medical Center in Modesto with serious injuries.
