September 26 Fresno wrongful death

On September 26 Jason Cuellar, age 9, was killed in an accident at Shepherd Avenue and Champlain Drive in northeast Fresno. According to reports the boy was in the back seat of the car when an SUV smashed into the side of the vehicle. The victim was taken to Saint Agnes Medical Center where he later succumbed to his injuries. Four other people suffered moderate to major injuries in the accident.
