Big Rig Caught Fire in Collision on Highway 99, in Kingsburg

On Thursday, January 15, 2015, a big rig accident took place in Fresno County, on southbound Highway 99.  The semi truck collision occurred in Kingsburg, at about 12 AM, and was a result of foggy weather conditions.

The tractor-trailer crashed on the freeway and hit a concrete barrier, then overturned.  The semi then burst into flames, and the driver was thrown from the vehicle, and rolled down the embankment, near the Sierra Street exit.
