A Fresno man was driving east, in a 2003 Honda vehicle, on Elkhorn Avenue. His Honda veered into the westbound lane, he over-corrected, and that caused the car to roll over.

The California Highway Patrol reported that the driver was not wearing a seat belt. He died at the scene of the collision.
