December 7 big rig accident on Highway 99 in Ceres

On December 7 Parvinder Sandhu was driving his big rig on Highway 99 near Mitchell Road in Ceres when his truck hit a car and veered off of the road. The driver of the car was not injured. Sandhu was driving northbound when he saw the traffic backing up ahead of him. He went to change lanes to the left when the back of his trailer hit the Honda Civic driven by Sandeep Kandola. The slippery road conditions, caused by rain, caused his truck to slide to the right, through a guardrail, and down an embankment. Kandola, a nursing student, went and treated Sandhu's cuts and abrasions. Sandhu was then taken to Kaiser modesto Medical Center for observation. http://www.nelsonrozier.com/
