Traffic affected by construction on Highway 198 in Visalia

An overpass is scheduled to be built over Highway 198 at Santa Fe in Visalia. Construction will begin this week. A lot of the work will be performed at night. This will cause the eastbound lanes to be closed from 8pm Wednesday to 6 am Thursday as well as the westbound lanes from 10 pm Thursday to 5 am Friday. In addition, the eastbound on ramp and the west bound off ramp at Court Street will be closed from 9 am to 3 pm. These closures will likely impact traffic.
