November 25 Visalia accident victim identified

On November 25 Michael Beasley was killed when his car hit a bicyclist and then a tree on Caldwell Avenue near Burke Street in Visalia.  According to the Tulare County Coronor's Office the cause of Beasley's death was the trauma of the blunt force to his torso.
