Coyote causes Visalia accident

March 15, 2010--Last Monday's accident at Road 112 and Avenue 352 outside of Visalia in Tulare County bagan with a coyote in the road who was later found dead at the scene.  A lady driving a sedan swerved to avoid the animal and hit a full sized pick-up with 2 occupants, both of whom were injured, one seriously.

The next step is to inspect the vehicles and determine vehicle speeds.  We can also download the air bag event data recorders or black boxes to gain data about speeds, braking, etc.  Our law firm is located in Visalia about 5 miles from the scene of this accident.  Please let us get started.  You may have a valid personal injury claim and/or uninsured motorist claim from this event.  Attorney John Rozier.  713-0159. http://www.nelsonrozier.com/
