Kettleman City to offer Traffic Safety workshop

On March 6 Kettleman City is offering a traffic safety workshop. The purpose of the workshop is to discuss ways to make Highway 41 safer for both pedestrians and motorists.  Topics to be discussed include better signs, better design of the highway, lower speed limit, more-defined crosswalks, flashing signs, and other options for making the roadway safer. The section of Highway 41 near Kettleman City has been the site of several accidents involving vehicles and pedestrians. www.nelsonrozier.com
