March 29 Highway 99 accident near Mendocino exit injures one
On March 29 one person was injured in an accident near the Mendocino exit on Highway 99 in Tulare County. Reportedly a Honda Civic spun out and hit an overpass after one of its tires blew out. The driver of the Civic was taken to Kaweah Delta Medical Center for treatment. http://www.nelsonrozier.com/
