March 4 Visalia Police Officer hit by a car

On March 4 a Visalia police officer was hit by a car. Reportedly the officer, J. Speer, and another officer responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle. When they arrived they got out of their vehicle and saw a pickup truck coming towards them. The truck clipped Speer in the knee before crashing into a ditch. Speer was taken to Kaweah Delta where he was examined and released. http://www.nelsonrozier.com/
