Handicap bus accident in east Visalia

A developmentally disabled young man traveling in his wheelchair in a bus operated by Student Transportation of America ran a stop sign  resulting in a broken leg when the bus collided with another vehicle.  The injured student was then transported to his day school without immediate treatment as he was unable to communicate his discomfort.  The injury was discovered later that day and emergency care was provided at the Kaweah Delta Hospital in Visalia.  Settlement funds were placed in a special needs trust for the benefit of the child.  The Visalia, California law firm of Nelson & Rozier handled this claim.  www.nelsonrozier.com
