February 21, 2012- A crash on Highway 41 in the Madera County foothills, leaves two people seriously injured. The accident happened just after 12:00 AM.
Gustavo A. Pulido, 28, of Coarsegold, was driving south on the Highway 41, when he made a sudden left-hand turn, just north of Yosemite Springs Parkway.
The Honda that Pulido was driving, crossed into the northbound lane and went up and over a rock embankment, ejecting Pulido and Jessica Haley Wright, 20, of North Fork.
Pulido and Wright suffered major injuries. While another passenger, Samuel J. Rodriguez, 28, of Coarsegold, suffered moderate injuries.
Pulido was arrested for suspicion of DUI.
