Michael Kinser was riding his 1998 Yamaha 600, south on Ben Maddox Way, just south of Noble Avenue. Kinser's motorcycle hit a curb and he lost control, and hit a tree.
Kinser suffered fatal injuries.
No other vehicles were involved in the incident.
