Automobile Collision in Southwest Fresno After Bullets Were Fired

May 11, 2014- A car accident happened in southwest Fresno, after a gun was fired at the occupants.  The collision took place at about 11:15 AM, on Sunday.

Fresno Police reported that a person started shooting at the vehicle near Thorne Avenue and Myers Avenue.  This caused the car to swerve and crash into a light pole at the side of the road.

The people in the vehicle sustained minor injuries from the accident, but were not wounded by the gunfire.
