California Car Collision Lawyer John L. Rozier has the following report; On Tuesday, August 18, 2015, a drunk driving accident took place in Bakersfield. The pickup truck crash occurred at around 3:40 AM, on Brimhall Road.
A GMC Sierra truck, driven by J. Teagarden, 20 years old, was traveling down Brimhall Road. In the pickup were passengers; Richard Ellis, and Justin Pensinger.
East of Highway 43, the Sierra drifted off the roadway and rolled over several times.
Pensinger suffered major injuries. He was medi-flighted to Kern Medical Center, for treatment. Teagarden and Ellis received minor to moderate injuries.
Teagarden was arrested for driving while under the influence.
