March 26 fatal accident in Tulare County near Dinuba

On March 26 Carmen Tovar died in a fatal accident near Dinuba in Tulare County. According to reports Tovar was driving a Honda west on Avenue 416 near Road 104 in Tulare County when she moved into the lane to the right of her and hit a Nissan.
