Fuel Tanker Truck and Motorcycle Accident in Fresno on Clinton Avenue

Visalia Elder Abuse Attorney John L. Rozier has the subsequent update; on Friday, July 25, 2014, a motorcycle and semi truck collision ends in fatality.  The fuel truck accident occurred in Fresno, in front of the Yosemite International Airport, at approximately 9:30 AM.

The motorcyclist was riding westbound on Clinton Avenue, while the tanker truck was headed east on the same road.  The big rig started to make a left turn onto North Fine Avenue, at the blue sport bike approached.

The biker did not have time to stop, and the motorcycle smashed into the front of the semi.  The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene of the collision.

Train Hits Car on Clinton Avenue in Fresno

February 19, 2012- A car was clipped and smashed by an Amtrak train in central Fresno on Sunday night.

The car was headed west on Clinton Avenue, east of Maroa Avenue, when the driver decided to make a U-turn, instead of waiting for the train to pass, as the Amtrak train approached.

As the driver turned, the train clipped the front end of the car, spinning the car around.

After the car flipped around, the train smashed into the trunk of the vehicle.

No injuries were reported by any of the occupants in the car or train.

Range Rover causes two accidents in Fresno

November 20, 2010--A man driving a Range Rover hit a vehicle at Clinton and Clovis today--he apparently had been drinking and fled the scene.  He then hit a second car at Fowler Avenue in east Fresno.  At least one victim is in the hospital.

November 9 fatal train accident in Fresno

On November 9 Damien Montenegro was killed in a deadly train accident near Clinton and College Avenues in Fresno. According to reports Montenegro was a freshman at Fresno High School. The arm crosses at that intersection were reported to have been working before Montenegro was hit by a Burlington Northern Santa Fe train. Montenegro was just fifteen years old. No further information is available at this time.

March 17 Fresno motorcycle accident at Clinton Avenue and Warren Avenue

On March 17 a motorcycle crashed on Clinton Avenue near Warren Avenue in Fresno. Reportedly the driver skidded and lost control of the motorcycle. The female passenger fell off the back of the bike and the driver rode away. The man was later arrested and the woman was taken to the hospital with scrapes and bruises. http://www.nelsonrozier.com/

March 9 wrongful death pedestrian accident on Highway 99 near Clinton Avenue

On March 9 Antonio Escamilla was killed in a wrongful death pedestrian accident on Highway 99 near Clinton Avenue in Fresno. Reportedly Escamillo was attempting to run across southbound Highway 99 when he was hit by a pickup truck driven by Joshua Thomas Power. Escamillo was killed as a result of the impact. Fresno girl hit by car

November 2, 2009--A 12 year old Fresno girl was struck by a car on Monday and was taken to the hospital complaining of pain.  There is no indication the 68 year old driver was impaired at the time of the accident.
