Injury Lawyer John Rozier has the following accident report; On Sunday, June 14, 2015, a fatal car collision took place north of Visalia. The head-on vehicle crash ended in fatality for one driver, at about 2:00 AM.
The accident happened when a Visalia man driving a station wagon was traveling southbound in the northbound lane of Road 80/Plaza Drive. The station wagon smashed head-on into a 2012 Chevy, driven by Maria Equihua, of Sultana.
The Chevrolet had been traveling northbound on Road 80, north of Avenue 32, when the collision happened. After colliding, the station wagon burst into flames, and was soon engulfed. The driver died at the scene of the incident.
Equihua suffered serious injuries and was taken to Kaweah Delta Medical Center for treatment.
