August 15 Portervilled rollover accident

On August 15 there was a rollover accident on Highway 65 in Porterville in Tulare County. According to reports a Ford Explorer was southbound on Highway 65 when he veered left and overturned. Investigators have concluded that a tire may have blown out on the vehicle causing the accident. The vehicle rolled several times before landing on its wheels.
