Motorcycle Collision on Mineral King Avenue in Visalia

Our client was riding his motorcycle west on Mineral King Avenue, in Visalia, California.  He was traveling just east of Highway 198, when an elderly man exited the freeway, cut across three lanes of traffic, and attempted to make a right turn.  The vehicle drove directly into the path of the motorcyclist.

The biker sustained serious injuries as a result of the accident.
