Tulare County Accident Involving a Big Rig and Two SUVs near Dinuba

June 24, 2014- A collision between a semi truck and two SUV's kills two people, in Tulare County.  The accident took place west of Dinuba, on Tuesday, at about 7:15 PM.

A 2006 Kenworth big rig, driven by Jaswinder Singh, of Stockton, was traveling south on Road 56, when it failed to stop at the sign at Highway 201/ Avenue 400.  The tractor-trailer broadsided a 2001 Ford Expedition, that was eastbound on Avenue 400.

The Expedition was then pushed into a 2008 Honda Pilot that was headed north on Road 56.  The semi truck continued to push the SUV through a fence and into a power pole, where it finally stopped.

The driver of the Ford; Delfino Arroyo, of Orosi, and his passenger; Yolanda Anaya, of Hanford, both died at the scene of the crash.

The Honda's driver and passenger: David and Maria Segovia, sustained injuries and were taken to Reedley Hospital for treatment.

Jaswinder Singh was not hurt in the collision.
