Visalia Senior Citizen Abuse Attorney John L. Rozier has the
following collision update; On Tuesday, August 5, 2014, an SUV collision happened in Kern County. The sport utility vehicle accident occurred in Bakersfield, at about 1:12 PM.
Kimberly Love, 47 years old, was driving a white Ford Explorer on California Avenue. The SUV was reported to have been weaving in and out of traffic at about 70 mph. As Love tried to make a lane change at that high rate of speed, she lost control of the Explorer. The Ford slid sideways into the south curb, hit a tree in the median, and then rolled over.
Love was not wearing a seatbelt and was thrown from the SUV. She suffered serious injuries and was taken to Kern Medical Center for treatment.
