Porterville Head-on SUV Collision on Orange Belt Drive

Visalia Accident Attorney John Rozier has the subsequent collision report; On Tuesday, October 28, 2014, an accident took place in Tulare County.  The SUV crash occurred in Porterville, and resulted in one person fleeing the scene.

Pedro V. Cisneros, of Terra Bella, was driving a 1997 Chevy Tahoe south on Orange Belt Drive.  A 2000 Honda Accord driven by Andres Andrade, of Porterville, was traveling north on Orand Belt, south of Avenue 124, at the same time.

The Chevrolet Sport Utility Vehicle veered into the northbound lane, directly into the path of the Honda.  The vehicles collided head-on.

Andrade and his passenger, Martha Garcia, 13 years old, of Porterville, suffered minor injuries.  Cisneros the driver of the SUV, fled the scene of the incident on foot.
