Injury Lawyer John Rozier has the following accident update; On Monday, December 1, 2014, a vehicle crash fatally wounded one, near Porterville. The car collision took place on Highway 190, at approximately 10:15 AM.
A female driver, 44, was traveling with her passenger, Virginia Perez, of Porterville, in a 1996 Chevy car, on Highway 190. The Chevrolet stopped on the highway, east of Road 193, to make a left turn into a private residence.
A 1999 Ford, driven by a Strathmore man, 22, was driving on the highway at about 58 miles per hour, when it crashed into the back of the other vehicle.
Perez suffered major injuries. She was taken to Sierra View Medical Center, where she later died.
