John Rozier has the subsequent collision report; On Sunday, February 15, 2015, a Visalia motorcyclist was killed. The Kings County motorcycle accident occurred in Hanford, on Sunday night.
A 2009 Harley Davidson, driven by Jimmy Dean Slayton, 54, was headed westbound on Excelsior Avenue, past 16th Avenue. As the motorcycle drove through a curve in the roadway, it began to drift into the opposite lanes of traffic.
The bike hit an asphalt curb edge, and the biker was thrown from his vehicle.
Slayton was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.
