April 26 head-on collision on Highway 65 causes a wrongful death

On April 26 Arguime Des Garcia was killed in a wrongful death accident on Highway 65 near Avenue 184 when his pickup hit a car head on.  Reportedly Garcia was driving southbound in the northbound lanes when he hit a Honda Accord driven by Eric Coyne. Coyne and his passenger, Brian Thoburn both suffered moderate injuries and were treated at Sierra View District Hospital in Porterville. www.nelsonrozier.com
