April 26 wrongful death accident in Tulare County near Dinuba
On April 26 Olivia Gutierrez was killed in a wrongful death accident on Road 72 and Avenue 430 in Tulare County near Dinuba. Reportedly Gutierrez was a passenger in a Jeep driven by a 17-year-old when the driver ran a stop sign at the intersection of Road 72 and Avenue 430. This caused the Jeep to be broadsided by a big rig. Gutierrez was killed as a result of the accident. The driver was taken to Community Regional Medical Center in Fresno with moderate injuries.
