April 3 accident victim identified
The man who died in a wrongful death accident at Caldwell and Ben Maddox on April 3 has been identified as Derek Weiss. Reportedly Weiss was driving his Acura eastbound on Caldwell when he veered off the road and hit a traffic-signal pole. He died as a result of the accident. http://www.nelsonrozier.com/
