Tulare
County Vehicle Collision Lawyer John Rozier has the following accident update; On Thursday, July 16, 2015, a motorcyclist was killed in a crash west of Plainview. The pickup truck collision occurred at around 6:35 AM, at Avenue 192.
A 2005 Harley Davidson, driven by Ramon Carrasco, 55, of Ivanhoe, was headed westbound on Avenue 192. The motorcycle was traveling behind a Ford F-350 that was hauling a small trailer, driven by Hotoy Morales, of Tulare.
The pickup truck tried to make a left-hand turn onto Road 192, when the biker tried to pass the vehicle through the intersection. The Harley and Ford crashed, with the motorcycle hitting the left front fender of the truck.
Carrasco and his bike were thrown into the southwest corner guardrail of Avenue 192. He suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene of the incident.
Morales did not receive any injuries.
The police report may take
several weeks to prepare—in the meantime we can probably obtain a cover sheet
of the accident report for the family of the deceased. Mr. Rozier is here to help. Call him at 559-713-0159, or online at www.nelsonrozier.com.
