The officers got in their patrol car and followed the Plymouth. The officers broke off the chase as the stolen vehicle continued to drive at a high rate of speed through the neighborhood.
The Neon continued to speed away on Rinaldi Street, where it ran a stop sign at the intersection of Houston Avenue. The auto then lost control, and crashed head-on into a Ford Thunderbird that was stopped at the north side of the intersection.
The three suspects then ran away on foot. They were arrested a short time later in the backyard of a home that was just about four houses north of the incident.
The three victims in the Thunderbird, which included a child, did sustain injuries, but reportedly nothing serious.
Mr. Rozier is located right here in town and would like to speak to the victims in this collision. Please give him a call at 559-713-0159, or contact on the web at www.nelsonrozier.com.
