On March 21 a seven-year-old boy was hit by a minivan while riding his bicycle in Terra Bella. Reportedly the boy was hit in the 23700 block of Avenue 95. He suffered a possible fracture in his thigh and was air lifted to Bakersfield Medical Center.
This accident occurred in Tulare County approximately 30 miles from our law offices in Visalia.
