On March 30 a runaway Camaro hit a fire hydrant near the intersection of Ben Maddox and Noble in Visalia. The brakes and power steering on the Camaro, driven by Chris Fehlman, failed as Fehlman attempted to navigate a left turn. This sent the Camaro into a fire hydrant causing a geyser of water. Fehlman was able to sucessfully stop the car about a mile south of the incident. Neither Fehlman nor his passenger were injured.
