March 6 deadly pedestrian accident in Oakdale

On March 6 Michael Harrell was killed in a deadly pedestrian accident in Oakdale. Reportedly Harrell was hit by a car on West F Street. He was not in a crosswalk. Harrell was also reported to have been intoxicated at the time of the accident. He was taken to Doctors Medical Center and placed on life support.
