A tanker truck was involved in the collision, that happened on American Avenue. The semi truck overturned, because of the incident.
It was reported that American Avenue was closed, south of Fresno, between Highway 99 and Golden State Boulevard. Emergency crews and investigators cleared the scene of the crash, before the roadway was open to traffic.
