December 12 crash on Highway 99 in Fresno takes the life of Victor Perez

Early on the morning of December 12 Victor Perez was killed in an accident on Highway 99 in Fresno. He was driving northbound near Olive Avenue when he drifted onto the shoulder and hit the concrete center divider. This caused the truck he was driving to overturn.
