December 17 fatal pedestrian accident on Highway 99 near Turlock

On December 17 a man was killed when he was hit by a truck on Highway 99 near Turlock. A truck driver called and reported that he had hit a man just after 1 am on December 17. Reportedly the man walked into the southbound lane, raised his arms, and was hit. Authorities are calling it an apparent suicide. http://www.nelsonrozier.com/
