December 4 Fog Related Accident near Kerman at Madera and Central Avenues

On December 4 two vehicles were involved in a fog related accident at Madera Avenue and Central Avenue near Kerman. One of the vehicles overturned as a result of the accident. The extent of injuries and indentities of victims are unknown at this time.
