January 19, 2010--According to the Bakersfield Californian newspaper, last Tuesday's motor vehicle accident in Bakersfield sent a 54 year old Arvin woman to Kern Medical Center with major injuries. She was travelling southbound on Comanche Drive when a westbound pickup driven by a 24 year old Lamont man ran a stop sign on Panama Lane.
Issues to be investigated include whether the man who caused this accident was on the job at the time of the accident, whether the stop sign was fully visible, and whether the injured woman from Arvin may have carried uninsured motorist coverage for this accident. If you are a friend or relative of the injured party then please give us a call. Our office is located just an hour or so from the scne of the accident. We would be happy to come by Kern Medical Center to document these injuries. http://www.nelsonrozier.com/
