January 26 pedestrian accident at Houston Avenue and Jacob Street in Visalia

On January 26 a 10-year-old girl was hit by a car in a pedestrian accident at the intersection of Houston Avenue and Jacob Street in Visalia. The girl was walking to school when a Honda hit her.
