January 25, 2010--Last Monday's motor vehicle accident in Madera started when a Honda Accord automobile ran a red light at the intersection of Lake and Yosemite striking a car with two occupants who were both transported to Madera Community Hospital in Madera. The passenger fractured her leg.
Issues to be resolved include whether the hit and run driver can be found, whether the innocent vehicle carried uninsured motorist coverage and whether the speeds of each car can be determined from the evidence.
