January 23 Modesto pickup accident at Scenic Drive and Lakewood Avenue

On January 23 Jonathan Sallas suffered life-threatening injuries after running a stop sign at Scenic Drive and Lakewood Avenue in Modesto. Reportedly Sallas was driving southbound on Lakewood when he failed to stop at a stop sign. He then hit an embankment, became airborn, and came to rest on a hill. It is unknown whether Sallas will survive this crash as he has severe head injuries and possible broken bones.
